A cry for love

I went into last month feeling heavy and burdened. After taking on a lot of new things over the summer, I felt like I just wanted a month off. I was feeling squeezed, constrained, and lifeless. Some things that started from a place of joy no longer felt that way. I couldn’t remember why I was doing them; only that I should. Comfort & the waiting

Waiting means a lot of uncertainty. I’m not a fan of uncertainty. It requires patience, which only makes me want to grasp at or push at things to get them moving. Uncertainty makes me uncomfortable. 

A wise woman I know told me that uncertainty means embracing discomfort. Really, who wants to embrace discomfort?!
